1. Introduction

This Seller Agreement ("Agreement") governs your use of the Amdabad.com platform to sell tickets. By creating an event and selling tickets, you agree to these terms. "We", "us", or "our" refers to Amdabad.com, and "you" or "seller" refers to the event organizer.

2. Authenticity & Validity

You warrant that all tickets you list for sale are genuine and valid for entry to the described event. You are responsible for the accuracy of all event details.

3. Pricing

As an organizer, you set the face value for all tickets sold through our platform. All pricing must comply with local laws and regulations.

4. Payments and Fees

Payouts from ticket sales will be made to you after the event has concluded, minus any applicable platform fees. Our platform fees will be communicated to you upon setting up your event.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

You are responsible for your own refund policy. In the case of event cancellation, you are obligated to provide full refunds to all ticket holders. Amdabad.com will facilitate this process, and you will be responsible for the full amount of the refunded tickets plus any associated processing fees.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to engage in any fraudulent activity, misrepresentation, or any action that could harm the integrity of the platform or the experience of the buyers.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your selling privileges at any time for any violation of this Agreement.

8. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
