Refund & Cancellation Policy
Our policy on refunds for events on Amdabad.com.
1. General Policy
All tickets sold on Amdabad.com are generally non-refundable. We provide a platform for organizers to sell tickets, and the refund policy for each event is ultimately at the discretion of the Event Organizer, subject to the terms outlined below.
2. Event Cancellations by Organizer
If an event is cancelled by the Organizer, a full refund of the ticket's face value will be issued to all ticket holders. The refund will be processed automatically to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account. Platform fees associated with the purchase are non-refundable.
3. No Cancellations or Refunds by User
Once a ticket is purchased, it cannot be cancelled by the user for a refund from Amdabad.com or the organizer. We do not provide refunds for non-attendance, scheduling conflicts, or any other personal reasons.
4. "Pass It On" Market as an Alternative
If you are unable to attend an event, we encourage you to use our "Pass It On" market to transfer your ticket to another fan. This feature is available for events where the organizer has enabled it. Listing a ticket on the market does not guarantee a transfer. All transfers are subject to the rules, deadlines, and price caps set by the event organizer.
5. Event Postponement or Rescheduling
If an event is postponed or rescheduled, your tickets will automatically be valid for the new date. The Event Organizer will decide if refunds will be offered in this case. If they are, you will be notified via email with instructions. If they are not, your option is to attend the new date or use the "Pass It On" market if available.
