1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Amdabad.com platform ("Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to all of these Terms, do not use the Platform.

2. Platform Services

Amdabad.com provides a platform for users to discover and purchase tickets directly from event organizers (the "Fresh Drops" market) and to transfer owned tickets to other verified users under a controlled, rule-based system (the "Pass It On" market).

3. Digital Tickets & Controlled Transfers

3.1. Nature of Digital Tickets: Tickets on the Platform are secure digital assets. Upon purchase, a ticket with a unique QR code is assigned to your account.

3.2. Transfers, Not Resale: The "Pass It On" market on Amdabad.com is for controlled transfers only. It is not an open marketplace for scalping or unregulated resale. All transfers must comply with rules set by the event organizer, including but not limited to: eligibility, timing (`transferDeadlineHours`), and maximum price (`maxTransferPrice`).

3.3. Transfer Process: Ticket holders can list their ticket on the "Pass It On" market. If another user purchases the ticket, the original ticket is voided, and a new ticket with a new QR code is issued to the buyer.

3.4. No Guarantee of Transfer: We do not guarantee that a listed ticket will be purchased. A listing can be cancelled by the seller at any time before it is sold.

4. User Accounts

You must register for an account to access certain features. You agree to provide accurate information and keep your account details secure. You are responsible for all activities under your account.

5. Organizers and Sellers

If you create and sell tickets for events, you agree to the terms outlined in our Organizer Agreement. If you list tickets on the "Pass It On" market, you agree to the terms in our Seller Agreement. Both are incorporated herein by reference.

6. Prohibited Uses

You may not use the Platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. This includes, but is not limited to, attempting to circumvent transfer rules, using bots to purchase tickets, or infringing on intellectual property.

7. Fees and Payments

Ticket prices in the Fresh Drops market are set by organizers. Transfer prices are capped by organizers. Amdabad.com may charge service fees on purchases or successful transfers, which will be clearly disclosed.

8. Intellectual Property

The Amdabad.com platform and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Amdabad.com and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

9. Disclaimers

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Amdabad.com shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ahmedabad, Gujarat.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
