2. Platform Services

Amdabad.com provides a platform for users to discover and purchase tickets directly from event organizers.

3. Digital Tickets

3.1. Nature of Digital Tickets: Tickets on the Platform are secure digital assets. Upon purchase, a ticket with a unique QR code is assigned to your account.

3.2. Non-Transferable: All tickets purchased on the platform are strictly non-transferable and cannot be resold. Only the original purchaser/account holder will be granted admission to the event.

4. User Accounts

You must register for an account to access certain features. You agree to provide accurate information and keep your account details secure. You are responsible for all activities under your account.

5. Organizers and Sellers

If you create and sell tickets for events, you agree to the terms outlined in our Organizer Agreement.

6. Prohibited Uses

You may not use the Platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. This includes, but is not limited to, using bots to purchase tickets, or infringing on intellectual property.

7. Fees and Payments

Ticket prices are set by organizers. Amdabad.com may charge service fees on purchases, which will be clearly disclosed.

8. Intellectual Property

The Amdabad.com platform and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Amdabad.com and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

9. Disclaimers

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Amdabad.com shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ahmedabad, Gujarat.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
