1. Introduction

This Organizer Agreement ("Agreement") governs your use of the Amdabad.com platform ("Platform") to create, manage, and sell tickets for your events. By creating an event on the Platform, you agree to these terms. "We", "us", or "our" refers to Amdabad.com, and "you" or "organizer" refers to the individual or entity creating an event.

2. Eligibility

To create and list events, you must be an authorized representative of a legitimate entity or be an individual with the legal right to organize public events. You must provide accurate and verifiable information about yourself and your event.

3. Event Management

3.1. Accuracy: You are solely responsible for the accuracy of all event details, including name, venue, date, time, and description.

3.2. Pricing and Rules: You have the authority to set the base price for your tickets across multiple tiers (e.g., VIP, General Admission). Additionally, you are responsible for configuring the rules for ticket transfers, including whether transfers are allowed (`allowTransfer`), the maximum price for a transfer (`maxTransferPrice`), and the deadline for transfers (`transferDeadlineHours`).

3.3. Compliance: Your event must comply with all applicable local, state, and national laws and regulations in India, including those related to public gatherings, licensing, and taxation.

4. Payments and Payouts

4.1. Platform Fee: Amdabad.com charges a platform fee on each ticket sold. This fee will be agreed upon separately and will be deducted from your final payout.

4.2. Payouts: Payouts of ticket revenue (minus applicable fees) will be processed to your designated bank account after the successful completion of your event. Payout schedules and procedures will be detailed in your organizer dashboard.

4.3. Cancellations and Refunds: You are responsible for your own refund policy. In the case of event cancellation, you are obligated to provide full refunds to all ticket holders. Amdabad.com will facilitate this process, and you will be responsible for the full amount of the refunded tickets plus any associated processing fees.

5. Organizer Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Honor all tickets sold through the Platform.
• Ensure the event is delivered as described.
• Provide adequate customer support for your event attendees regarding event-specific inquiries.
• Notify Amdabad.com and attendees promptly of any changes or cancellations.

6. Data & Analytics

The Platform provides you with a dashboard containing real-time sales data, attendee demographics, and engagement metrics. You agree to handle any accessible attendee data in compliance with our Privacy Policy and all applicable data protection laws.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or remove your events and account at any time, without notice, for any violation of this Agreement or for any other reason at our sole discretion.

8. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
